RETURNS & EXCHANGES
JaemsCo Clothing is committed to customer satisfaction - if you receive any product that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 15 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange it for a new size or refund.
Please note customers who have simply had a change of mind in size of products are expected to pay in full to have the item/s sent back to us in their original condition. We will cover the shipping for sending the corrected exchanged products.
If we have made a mistake and you need to return an item, we will pay for your return label in the shipping process and also cover shipping for the products being exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM
- Firstly, please make contact with us via our contact form explaining your reasons for returning items.
- Head to your local post office and send back the agreed upon items to our shipping address (see below).
- Once your items have been returned to us, if in original condition, we will ship out the exchanged products or provide a refund where necessary.
* Please do not return items without first contacting us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
Please note: Item exchanges are not subject to priority in sizing. Stock sizes may become unavailable at any time in the process between your order being placed, you receiving it and needing to change product sizes. If the size you are wanting to swap to has become unavailable, a credit or refund can be given upon returning items in their original condition.
